Mobile Team Lead - React Native

We are currently recruiting for a market-leading tech company within the sports industry. They are looking to take their apps to the next level by scaling and improving them to the point where they can be accessed by users all over the world. You will be responsible for leading all cross-platform mobile projects focusing on React Native, ensuring best practices whilst remaining hands-on with the team.

Role:

• Lead the software development and architectural decision making
• Lead all mobile projects from concept through to delivery
• Planning the product roadmap
• Growing and developing the team
• Ensuring best practices are implemented
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a technical leader
• 3-5 years of commercial mobile development experience
• Fluency in React Native
• Experience with Redux
• Experience with either Kotlin or Swift is highly desirable

On offer is a very competitive salary ($170,000-$180,000 plus super depending on experience), with regular pay reviews and plenty of investment in training and personal development.
