The first step is to bring on 3+ new Senior Software Engineers and a Technical Lead to join in the coming months.
They are open to Full Stack or Backend focused .NET Developers and they can offer both 6-12 month contracts or a perm role.

ABOUT YOU:
You Will Ideally Have:
- Strong Backend / .NET Software Engineering Skills
- A Few .NET Core & Microservices Projects Under Your Belt
- Cloud Technology Experience - Azure or AWS
- High Traffic, Distributed, Event-Driven Systems, Message Queues etc (ie Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ or similar)
- Good experience with Unit Testing / TDD & CI/CD
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong knowledge of SOLID, OOP, Best / Coding Practices etc
- A passion for learning and producing clean high-quality code
- A knack for solving new and complex problems
- The ability to think about the end-user, UX, and customer experience.
- TypeScript / Angular 10+ / React.js Skills
- Exposure to NoSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB or similar
- Knowledge of DevOps, Docker or Kubernetes
- Passionate about growing into Tech Lead & Engineering Manager level roles.
