Our client has a huge focus on sustainable and ethical production and is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Operations as they continue their journey to making the best-in-class garments whilst doing it ethically and sustainably. 
  
This is a rapidly growing brand. You’ll be responsible for working on current and future product development while coordinating day-to-day operations. 
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily contact with the overseas production team to progress production and order status.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels and sales rates
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels in Amazon and Retail Partners including assessing the marginal utility of discounts vs. returning excess inventory.
  • Report each month on the product on order, product in transit, in the warehouse, by SKU, by country, and filtered by various merits such as Primary, Core, and Limited Colour range.
  • Analysis of customer complaints and manage a holistic response to product quality issues.
  • Responsible for inventory management globally (AU, UK, US). This includes managing the 3PL relationship, monitoring their charges and inventory levels, stocktakes, and issues management and resolution. This will also include their compliance with FSC obligations.
 Key Skills You'll have:
  • 3 -5 + years of previous consumer product experience in the B2C or B2B space
  • Ideally experience in a D2C environment
  • Excellent number and data skills enable self-help extraction and analysis of large data sets.
  • Expereince in Inventory Management, logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, and 3PL is desirable.
  • You are results-driven - you enjoy driving performance and putting the customer at the centre of every decision
  • Problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative are essential

This role is based in Sydney and is onsite 5 days.
