Job description

Our client a furniture & homeware brand are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for a newly created role to manage their Paid Media Channels.
  
This role has three direct reports, and a huge opportunity for career progression, working with the Head of Digital, you will have full autonomy of the role.
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage paid search (SEM, PLAs), digital display, retargeting, affiliate programs and paid social media channels inline with the business plan.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan marketing campaigns with the Head of eCommerce and Digital by working closely with other departments
  • Ensure that all campaigns are aligned to the greater business plan
  • Continuous improvement and optimisation of all channels
  • Manage third party agencies.
Key Skills:
  • 3 Years experience either agency or client side, on managing and executing Paid media campaigns.
  • Experience across paid media channels - google ad words, google shopping, Facebook, Instagram etc
  • Experience using google analytics
  • Excellent written & Verbal Communication
This role is based in Sydney, with a hybrid work model in place.
