Our client a furniture & homeware brand are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for a newly created role to manage their Paid Media Channels.
This role has three direct reports, and a huge opportunity for career progression, working with the Head of Digital, you will have full autonomy of the role.

This role has three direct reports, and a huge opportunity for career progression, working with the Head of Digital, you will have full autonomy of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid search (SEM, PLAs), digital display, retargeting, affiliate programs and paid social media channels inline with the business plan.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan marketing campaigns with the Head of eCommerce and Digital by working closely with other departments
- Ensure that all campaigns are aligned to the greater business plan
- Continuous improvement and optimisation of all channels
- Manage third party agencies.
- 3 Years experience either agency or client side, on managing and executing Paid media campaigns.
- Experience across paid media channels - google ad words, google shopping, Facebook, Instagram etc
- Experience using google analytics
- Excellent written & Verbal Communication
