Job description

I am recruiting for a variety of Performance Marketing roles, from both client side to agency roles, from manager to senior/lead positions.
  
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid media and onsite performance strategies to increase traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the digital media strategy. Plan, and manage paid media channels, set media plans, track pacing, budget and analyse performance.
  • Define the measurement framework, managing analytics, tag manager and reporting to test, track and report on key results and metrics and continually identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimisation initiatives for the marketing website.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and campaign management of all performance marketing in partnership with internal direct reports 
  • Partner with business leaders to refine and continuously improve performance management strategy and processes - including effective measurement, establishing feedback mechanisms, identifying gaps, and planning programs to support changes.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Specialist Teams to determine and drive alignment on client KPIs, streamline reporting, campaign operations & data feeds as learnings dictate.
  • Manage reporting and analytic requirements along with reporting cadence - working closely with Analytics to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly insight presentations  
Key Experience:
  • 4+ Years experience in Digital/ Performance Marketing space
  • You will be driven by data, comfortable tracking, measuring and gaining insights from data to discover opportunities and continuously optimise.
  • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other agency capabilities to meet common goals
  • Experience in collaborating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proficient knowledge working across multiple Performance channels, eg. Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Mobile and Programmatic
  • Ability to analyse and present diverse sets of campaign data (Google Analytics or other analytics softwares)
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to succeed
