Responsible for the strategy & roadmap, this position requires a Product Manager with experience working across digital customer journeys in Retail or E-commerce, someone who understands the nuances of omnichannel customer service and how best to serve value at every part of the journey.
This growing squad is scaling due to internal investment and will have a large impact on the day-to-day happiness of valued customers and the business alike.
The efficiencies created for the business will have huge visibility across the organisation, and you'll be integral to creating products that will uplift CX and drive increased member loyalty.

About You
- B2C, Retail, eCommerce, Mobile
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Able to be hands-on in both strategy and delivery
- Customer Service / Customer-centricity at the core of what you value
- Enjoy solving customer problems through innovation and technology
- Sydney-based and able to go into the office for important meetings every now and then
- Bonus: exposure to Data / Customer Data focused projects
