Our client an events company, is looking for a Senior Brand and Marketing Manager to join their team, in a newly created role.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will shape and implement marketing content and campaigns aligned with the business objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will shape and implement marketing content and campaigns aligned with the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Enhance the brand identity and reputation in the market, working with the wider team.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online content and campaigns to increase website traffic, social engagement, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Utilise data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing initiatives, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Skills You'll have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager role.
- A background in an events or styling company would be advantageous.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, platforms and tools.
- Previous expereince leading a team.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
