Job description
The Drive Group has partnered with a large Australian household brand who are looking for multiple Senior Business Analysts to join an innovative project around chatbot and mobile app builds to improve customer experience. You will be joining the program from discovery through to delivery within a great working culture. You will be brought on board to work with the wider team to bridge the gap between Technical and Business stakeholders. To be successful you MUST HAVE:
-Senior Business Analyst
-Mobile app build/ Enhancements
-Web and System integration
-Chatbot Messaging
-Strong process mapping and Technical Documentation
-Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
This role will be part of a long-term engagement working within a hybrid working environment of 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely based in Sydney.
