Senior Business Analyst - SuccessFactors - Remote Australia

I am working with a large retailer that is currently implementing all modules of SuccessFactors from scratch. They are about 3 months into the implementation and looking for a Senior BA that has experience across different SuccessFactors modules and who has strong documentation skills. The team needs a strong BA who is not afraid to ask the How and why to ensure the team is equipped with the right information to deliver. You MUST HAVE:

• Senior Business Analyst experience
• SuccessFactors - Recruitment, T&A, EC, ECP
• Strong communication skills
• Facilitating workshops
• Documentation, process mapping, requirement gathering
• Senior Stakeholder Management skills
