As a Senior Digital Producer, you will manage the end-to-end production process for global digital projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery. You will engage with clients, oversee project details, and align team workflows with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client briefs.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to streamline project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules using disciplined project management principles.
- Develop technical requirements, wireframes, and user experience test cases.
- Facilitate client meetings and convert their needs into actionable project plans.
- Foster strong client relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
- Coach and develop team members to meet business goals.
- 4-6 years of production/project management experience.
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical expertise in web, game, mobile, user experience, and social media tools.
- Proven client relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong business acumen to manage budgets and financials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to achieving individual, team, and corporate goals.
- Experience with continuous business improvement processes.
