Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Integrated Senior Marketing Manager to join client, a fast-paced e-commerce, direct-to-consumer company.
  
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in startup environments and a proven track record of success across both digital channels and traditional media, including TVCs.
This role demands a creative thinker who is also data-driven, with a strong understanding of ROAS and the ability to drive brand growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  
As the Integrated Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, TV, and performance channels. You will also play a key role in new product launches, brand building, and driving customer acquisition and retention. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead marketing efforts across digital channels, TVCs, and performance marketing, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Plan and manage new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, TVCs, and more.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all marketing materials are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance data, with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
Brand Development:
  • Drive brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead efforts to build and enhance the brand’s identity and positioning in the market.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging and visual assets.
Performance Marketing:
  • Manage and optimise performance marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Ensure a strong focus on ROAS, continually refining strategies to improve return on investment.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage analytics and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.
  • Continuously test and iterate on marketing tactics to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage marketing dashboards to track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Hands-On Execution:
  • Take a hands-on approach to managing and executing marketing campaigns, from concept through to launch and analysis.
  • Actively contribute to content creation, copywriting, and other marketing deliverables as needed.
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any aspect of marketing that drives results.
  
Key Skills You'll Have:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a mid-senior marketing role, with a strong background in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Proven experience in a startup environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, and performance marketing.
  • Solid experience with TVCs and other traditional media channels, with a strong understanding of how to integrate these with digital efforts.
  • Deep understanding of ROAS and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve strong returns on investment.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand marketing campaigns.
  • Highly data-driven, with experience using analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Hands-on, with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the marketing process.
  • Creative and innovative, with a passion for building brands and driving growth.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and agile, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs.
  
This role is based in Sydney and operates an onsite 5 days a week work model.
