One of our partners a leading FinTech organisation is on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager or Lead Product Manager to collaborate with their talented design, engineering, and growth teams. You will drive product initiatives from concept to launch and beyond their new platform build. You’ll be part of a mission-oriented squad, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap. Your focus will be on aligning the product with long-term strategic objectives while continuing to deliver exceptional experiences to their users.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a greenfield fintech solution.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and growth, to deliver high-quality products.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Continuously enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Navigate through ambiguity and adapt to the dynamic pace of a start-up environment.
- 5+ years of experience in fintech product management, leading products from inception to launch.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, thriving in uncertain and dynamic environments.
- Customer-centric mindset, always seeking to add value and think outside the box.
- Technically savvy with a solid understanding of software architecture and a genuine passion for technology.
