Solution Architect – SuccessFactors
We have partnered with a global company undergoing a large Digital Transformation. As part of this transformation, they are upgrading and increasing their SAP capability. And are actively looking for a seasoned Senior Solution Architect with a specialisation in SuccessFactors.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in conceptualizing, executing, and supervising the framework of SAP SuccessFactors software solutions focused on People, Processes, and Systems, aligning with requirements and business goals.
This role requires an established architect and thought leader, adept at dealing with senior stakeholders and business partners to get projects delivered.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development and architectural design, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions.

Must have Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise (Certification highly desirable)
- 7 years working in Architecture
- 5 years working with SAP HCM
- Management of Senior Stakeholders (Presenting, Negotiating etc)
- Technical application & integration design & development 5+ years.
- Integration architecture such as iPaaS, API Gateways, ETL, ESB and related technologies (e.g. REST, JSON, etc.)
- Analytical and Problem Solving Mindset
- Ability to influence and drive change
- MUST be strong with TOGAF Principles
- Hybrid and Remote working arrangements (Sydney or Melbourne)
