Service Desk Engineer
* Up to $85k plus super
* Mac Park/ North Ryde
* Hybrid working environment 

TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are Microsoft gold partner looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth. 

About the role: 
You will be working across the Level 2/3 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison.

Supporting Endpoints, Servers & Networks- you will also get a chance to delve into the realm of cyber security working across their cloud infrastructure!  

You will also assist with project work and deployments as required. 

What you need: 
- Minimum 5 years + experience in IT
- Experience in MSP environments 
- Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
- Experience working across MFA, AVI or VDI
- Defence and N-able experience (would be a stand out to have)
- Worked on  troubleshooting switches, routers and firewalls. 

Best part is, this is a quick couple-stage process and they will interview THIS week! 

This company will also pay for your certifications as well!
