Service Desk Team Lead
* Sydney CBD - 5 days per week

* Up to $120k plus super

TheDriveGroup are proud to be partnering with a growing MSP within their niche.
They are looking to add a Service Desk Team Lead to their growing team.
What you will be doing:
  • Overseeing service desk team performance, ensuring accuracy and timely ticket resolution
  • Managing customer expectations and serve as a key point of contact for complex assistance
  • Supporting and mentoring service desk team members
  • Developing and maintaining build guides, procedures and reports.
  • Configuration, maintenance and support of Office 365, Vmware, Windows Server, Backups and Networking
What you need:
  • L2 or L3 Service Desk Technician with a proven track record and tenure with an MSP
  • Tech stack MUST include; Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Windows Server and Office 365
  • Experience in leading and developing junior team members and leading service desk technicians
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Networking, IT or Computer Science preferred  
  • A continuous learning environment - get paid certification!
