Social Media Manager

Our client an events company, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team, who loves producing exciting content, driving engagement and building communities across different platforms.
  
Your main duty will be to create content and manage and execute paid and organic social media strategies on channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
  

What you'll do;

• Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, adapting content to suit each different channel.
• Curate and create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor community feedback.
• Manage a budget for social media activities and report on ROI.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
• Strategise and implement new ways to leverage social media to drive web traffic and community engagement.

What you'll need to succeed;

• 3+ years' experience managing social media channels
• An extremely strong understanding of all social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• A strong understanding of social media algorithms
• A strong creative flair, and previous experience as a graphic designer would be a plus.
• Able to draw insight from the metrics to drive creative and campaign optimisation.
  
  

This role is based in Sydney and operates an onsite model.
