Solution Architect | Solution Manager | Loyalty
 
This is a brand new role in a rapidly expanding organisation and in this role you will have end-to-end responsibility for the transformation of their existing Loyalty technology including vendor management, re-platforming and developing new core capabilities in this space. You will work closely with the leadership team in the digital space to co-create loyalty experiences across every touchpoint adding value to both the business and their Customer's experiences.
 
 
As the Solution Architect /Solutions Manager across Loyalty, you will be responsible for the strategic alignment, technology roadmap and day-to-day running of the technology platforms, tools and technical resources/capabilities for all Loyalty platforms. This will include membership management, signup experiences, offer and redemption platforms. With a span across diverse brands with varying Loyalty needs this role will be pivotal in driving the transformation of the technology they use to drive Customer value. You will partner closely with the Loyalty product teams to understand and develop the strategy and ensure they are using the right technology solutions to enhance the Customer experience and drive their loyalty objectives.
 
 
 What you will be doing:
  • You will develop fit-for-purpose technology architecture and roadmap for the business's loyalty capabilities.
  • Lead the technical direction working with agile squads and architecture teams to reimagine loyalty offers across multiple brands
  • You will also identify opportunities to deliver innovative solutions to enhance our Customers experience
  • Deliver platforms that align with the enterprise architectural principles and standards, and meet business & supplier needs
  • Platform governance and compliance management
  • Engagement and delivery responsibility in working with delivery partners and vendors to deliver appropriate solutions for our business
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and partners across merchandising, the broader business and loyalty to ensure IT work in partnership to deliver on the vision and opportunity in Loyalty.
 What you will bring to the role:
  • Highly experienced in scoping, delivering and productionising Loyalty technology platforms
  • Experience delivering technology strategies
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends and directions 
  • Ability to engage at all levels and communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Experience managing technology delivery teams and partnering with vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation
  • You will be an enthusiastic and positive leader with a self-directed and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to think strategically and understand business dynamics
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
