Job description

We are looking for a support engineer to maintain & support our product offering (AWS/Java/Spring)

This is a client-facing role, working alongside our Engineering team supporting the SaS offering (AWS/Java/Spring)

The Job,
  • Lead technical conversations
  • Understand operational problems and seek resolutions
  • Keep a keen eye on emerging tech
  • Understand our processes and procedures and offer alternatives if necessary
  • Support our client base, Providing technical issues
  • Monitor their existing environments rooting out any potential issues
  • Improve the stability of the overall platform
About you,
  • Previous AWS experience
  • Strong SQL experience
  • JIRA
  • Service Desk experience
  • Worked in Java and Spring recently
  • A real problem solver bringing a real tactical understanding
  • Worked with client-facing products previously  
Our stack -  AWS/Java/Spring

We are looking for somebody with great communication as you will be the conduit between our clients and the engineering team.
