Systems Administrator
*Frankston location 
*Hybrid working/ onsite
*Up to $90-100k plus super

The role: 

• Ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of IT professionals in a collaborative and motivating work environment
• Develop and communicate clear strategic plans aligned with company goals and industry best practices
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring successful project outcomes
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction

What you need:

• Experience in Office 365, AzureAD, Networking & Servers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interaction
• Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple project simultaneously
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
