The Drive Group has partnered with a client who is going through a large migration program to implement a new HR system. They are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the team, someone who is comfortable in bridging the gap between Business and Technology. The role requires a Technical BA that is comfortable in extracting data and migrate it to a brand new centralised system. You be successful you MUST HAVE:
- Technical Business Analyst
- Integrations
- Data Design, Data flows, Data Modeling
- Driving Workshops
- Agile
- Documentation, process mapping
- Technical understanding of SQL Queries
- Senior Stakheolder Management
The role needs somebody that has worked across Data migration end to end. The data will be used for the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central. It is a hybrid working environment and a quick 2 stage interview process. The contract will be a rolling 6-month contract.
