The Drive Group has partnered with a large national brand that is looking to bring on a Technical Business Analyst to assist in working on customer identity access management. This company is a well-known brand for its innovative projects and for putting the consumer first. This is an important part of the business where thousands of customers use this company daily for various products that they offer. The role will sit across the operations part of the business. To be successful you MUST HAVE:
- Technical Business Analyst experience
- Customer Identity Access Management - CIAM
- ForgeRock experience ideally
- Driving workshops
- Documentation, Process Mapping, User Stories
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Comfortable in communicating with Technical stakeholders
The role will be working in a hybrid environment of 2 days in the office. The days can be discussed directly as well as deciding where it will be beneficial for you to be in the office.
