Job description

Our client is looking for a Digital marketing Specialist, to join their team in a newly created role, the role with have a primary focus on content creation, and social media management.
You will support the Head of Marketing in planning and executing various digital marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of a multi-channel content strategy
  • Audit existing content inventories and provide actionable recommendations
  • Create/optimise website blog and landing content that is informed by SEO strategies/briefs
  • Manage and grow social media profiles through content creation and community engagement.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal/external marketing teams where required to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all channels.
  • Provide regular reports that provide insights into digital marketing performance and provide actionable opportunities for improvement.
Key Skills You'll Have:  
  • Proven 3 years + experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an ability to create compelling content
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as MailChimp, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience working within the legal industry is desirable, but not essential

This role is based in Sydney and has a hybrid work model in place.
